JOSMEF was founded by Joshua Ajayi, the CEO, in their humble home with only one staff and secretary.
The "Jos" in "Josmef" comes from the founder's name, Joshua Ajayi, and the "Me" stands for Joshua Ajayi's wife, Merly E. Ajayi, the organization's President. Lastly, the "F" stands for Franklin E. Ajayi, Mrs. and Mr. Joshua Ajayi's firstborn child.
Joshua Ajayi started the business in rentals making Pulse Oximeter as their first product at that time.
Mrs. Meryl Ajayi joined the organization as a manager and rented a space at Lopez Arcade (Now Zerrudo Arcade).
